Mold Managers, LLC was established by Craig Camel, owner and President of Advanced Mold Diagnostics, LLC, because he recognized a better approach would be to offer the client the full range of services necessary to find and solve water intrusion problems; in other words, we would be able to provide treatment as well as diagnosis.

Our headquarters is conveniently located in Broomall, PA, which enables us to quickly respond to our customers in the tri-state area. This can be especially important when there is a flood, whether man-made or caused by an act of nature. Read more about flood & water removal.

With over 25 years of combined experience in the fields of mold assessment and remediation, Craig is accepted as an authority in the field of mold detection and remediation and is frequently called as an expert witness. Our success with helping people through our unique and sensible approach is the reason we’ve been featured on television news programs including KYW TV 3, ABC 6 Action News, NBC 10, Fox 29 and WB 17 as well as in publications such as Philadelphia Magazine, the Delaware County Times and the Times Herald along with numerous others. Recognized by his peers as an industry leader, in 2006, he was installed as Director of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Indoor Air Quality Association.
